This was not the first time that Malcolm and Brenda had stayed in Paignton. On this occasion, Malcolm took time to try and locate the shop where Brenda's father had worked repairing radios for a short time before the war. The next day they took a drive around, calling at The South Devon Railway at Buckfastleigh.
