Each Battalion will be followed by S.A.A. Carts, machine gun wagons, water carts & cooks wagons.
Battalions will proceed to YPRES.
1 days rations and two sand bags per man will ne issued. Each man to have 1 banalier of ammunition.
Sufficient S.A.A. Carts for 2 boxes per platoon will proceed with Battalions as in para. 7.
10. The Staff Captain will show the East Yorkshire and 1st K.O.Y.L.I. where to halt at TYPRES and arrangements will be made to issue rations and sandbags.
11. Guides will be available to guide East Yorkshire with 1 Coy. K.O.Y.L.I. and the 1st K.O.Y.L.I. less 1 Coy. to the Headqurters of the Battalions they are relieving where other guides will be ready to conduct them to the trenches.
12. The Brigade Ammunition reserve is at the Riding School under Lieut W.E.F.Davidson 2/E Yorks Regt.
All S.A.A. Carts and machine gun wagons will go direct there on arrival at YPRES, except those required by Battalions which will go there as soon as possible.
All other transport will return as soon as possible to FARM H14 C92.
13. After tomorrow Regtl. Transport Oficer will arrange, before the transport leves it's Billeting Area, to have rations for the men in the trenches and support spacked in sandbags and oat sacks, eight men's rations per sack.
14. The position of Water Carts will be
3 at TUILERIE - (one of East Yorkshire Regt, 2 of York & Lancaster Regt.) filled at Estaminer just north of TUILERIE
1 at Infantry Barracks, Kings Own
2 at Bde. Headquarters, K.O.Y.L.I.
