Rose Henrietta Smith was born in Dartford, Kent on 9 August 1914, one of the six children of William and Lillian Smith.
In 1921, the census records the family living at The Bungalow off Lowfield Street in Dartford, Kent.
On 15 April 1933, Rose signed the marriage registe r at Holy Trinity church in Dartfordas a witness of her sister Edith's wedding.
According to the 1939 register Rose was still living at The Bungalow with her father and brother John and listed as engaged in domestic duties.
No record of Rose having married has been found nor has the record of her death.
