This picture would have been taken around 1948 outside Kashmir Cottage in Camberley.

The car was black, as most were in those days.  It had an interesting feature having four hydraulic jack fitted to the chassis operated by a lever pump from under the bonnet. They could be set to lift the entire vehicle or either the front or back.
