The material for these uniforms had been provided by the twins aunt Connie who had been a Queen Alexandria nurse herself. They were made by Mrs Cooper who made so many dresses for the family over the years. They were in the style of the Queen Alexandria uniforms, being grey with red capes, and the children were very proud of them.
