Elizabeth Isabella Parsons was born on 24 January 1862 at Liverpool in Lancashire, the second of the twelve children of Daniel and Ellen Parsons. She was baptised on 2 February at St.Anthony's church in Scotland Road, Liverpool.
Sadly, Elizabeth contracted Cholera and died at home at 25 Great Homer Street on 5 August in the year of her birth. She was buried in Ford Cemetery three days later.
