Noah Humble was first of the five childen of Riachard and Mary Humble and was born at Sutton at Hone in Kent in 1849. The census of 1851 shows the family living at Hop Kiln in that village.
By 1861 the family were living in Homefield House on Farningham Road in Sutton at Hone. Siblings Mary and Mark were there as was his maternal grandmother Ann Wright.Noah was now employed as an Agricultural Labourer.
Noah remained single. No reference to him can be found until the census of 1911 in which he is shown as an inmate of Dartford Union Workhouse. He is listed as a Former Seaman which would account for his absence in previous census returns.
Noah passed away in 1923 in the Dartford area.
