Agnes made her Will on 6 June 1963 whilst living with her son Archie at Birch Croft in Camberley. She appointed Archie as her executor and requested to be cremated at St.John's in Woking. She bequeathed £30 to each of her grandchildren, a sum of £225 to be shared between Archie's children and the balance of her estate to shared between her own children.

The Will was drawn up by the solictors Close & Son of Knoll Road, Camberley who attended to the probate of the Will and distribution of the estate.
