This was the first of three minis that Doady owned and the pictures were taken at "Birch Croft". The couple in the lower picture are Doris Wilson and her daughter Cathy visiting from Canada. Doris was Doady's aunt from her grandmother's second marriage.

This car was still nearly new came to an untimely end when Doady's son Stewart turned it over in Westwood Road, Windlesham and damaged it beyond repair. The Insurance Company paid for the car quite quickly.
