Julia Barratt was born in 1859 in Hoxton, Middesex. It is thought that she was not baptised as no record has been found.

Sadly, Julia did not survive, as she passed away on 20 March 1860 aged just seven months, having contracted whooping cough. She was buried in plot 669 at Victoria Park cemetery on 24 March 1860.
